Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for client IT systems
  • Monitoring systems
  • Handling first/second level technical issues for clients
  • Creating and managing technical solutions
  • Managing policies, permissions, and Office 365
  • Troubleshooting systems
  • Involvement in software security systems
  • Directly engaging with customers on a shift basis

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience or academic knowledge of IT
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk role is preferred

Salary/Remuneration: EUR 20,000 to 24,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits
