As a Technical Payments Analyst, you will join a team that uses innovative technology to drive growth. You will collaborate with experienced professionals in a challenging and hands-on environment, giving you opportunities to expand your skillset.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and responsible for resolving technical issues or escalating them to second-line support. Also, you will be collaborating and supporting colleagues from other departments regarding technical issues that may arise.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems that may arise in the database
- Document and escalate errors in the database
- Contribute to the improvement of systems
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience using SQL
- Software support experience in the payments/ finance sector
