This Fintech company is currently seeking an innovative Jr. IT Support Engineer to join its dynamic team. Customer satisfaction drives the company’s success, as it prioritizes understanding clients’ needs and developing financial products accessible with ease and minimal formality.

You Will:
- Provide end-user technical support, troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and maintain Office 365 applications and services, including email, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory.
- Utilize MCAST and CCNA knowledge to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and support network infrastructure maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and support IT projects and initiatives.
Skills / Experience Required:
- 2 to 3 years of proven desktop support experience with Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in MCAST and CCNA, with demonstrated skills in network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory (AD)
Salary and Benefits: €20,000 – €28,000 Gross Per Year + Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension scheme.
