Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for client IT systems
- Monitoring systems
- Handling first/second level technical issues for clients
- Creating and managing technical solutions
- Managing policies, permissions, and Office 365
- Troubleshooting systems
- Involvement in software security systems
- Directly engaging with customers on a shift basis
Skills/Experience:
- Experience or academic knowledge of IT
- Previous experience in a helpdesk role is preferred
Salary/Remuneration: EUR 20,000 to 24,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits
