Technical  Support Analyst

This role provides you the opportunity to join a well-established support team where you will be collaborating on a different number of tasks among IT professionals. You will be providing application directly to the merchant and analyzing payment related customer technical issues that occur within the platform.

This opportunity is with a well-established payment gateway in Malta that has several headquarters spread throughout Europe. They have a mid-sized team and they are always expanding, just like their business. 

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting Merchant queries. 
  • Identify, evaluate, escalate, and document incidents and problems.
  • Use several tools available to manage daily tasks. 
  • Managing and interpreting databases.

Experience

  • 1 + years experience using SQL 
  • 1 + years of experience in application/software support
  • Previous experience with payments is preferred 

 Salary / Remuneration: EUR 26,000 – 28,000
