A German-owned global payment provider organization is currently looking to implement its Users Support Team getting on board one IT Support Specialist.
The office is located in a central area of Malta, easily accessible with public transport and with an amazing view.

With this challenging opportunity, you will join an international team specialized in client support with the responsibilities to provide a 1st line tech support and to escalate the major issue to the IT department.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has an interest in Tech Support and likes to be constantly in touch with a variety of clients and monitoring tech incidents and their resolutions.
A full training will be provided on their specific technologies and you will have the fantastic opportunity to develop new IT skills.

- Provide with efficient users’ support
- Monitor and follow incidents resolution process
- Collaborate with a variety of highly skilled IT professionals both in Malta and abroad
- Previous experience with Customer Tech support
- At least one-year exposure with user’s administration tool
- Strong insight in users support and incidents resolution
Salary: € 30,000 – € 35,000
