This is an opportunity for a Technical Support Team Leader to join a company that operates within the Finance Industry and is currently growing. The company is based in Malta and operates across Europe.
Within this multicultural environment, you will be collaborating with other team leaders to ensure processes and procedures are up to standard and further developed.
As a Team Lead, you will be managing a team of 3 and directly reporting to the Head of Operations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, communicating, and coaching to reach performance and quality standards.
Role / opportunity:
- Support team in complex or complicated customer escalations
- Recruit, lead and coach the technical support team
- Ensure training, upskilling and knowledge gaps are resolved in timely manner
- Conduct quality reviews
Skills / experience:
- API experience
- Knowledge of a programming language (preferably PHP or C++)
- Sound understanding of payments and eCommerce market
Salary / Remuneration:
- € 35-40K, depending on experience
